Deirdre had the opportunity to visit the WPA through Dr. Cherie Clark, who developed the SHOCK program, a world-renowned program for transformation within the prison community. Deirdre met Yolanda Johnson-Peterkin, who heads up the program. She gave a 3-hour workshop on how to find conflict resolution and overcome great obstacles by simply understanding how to use one’s inner positive energy. Many women exclaimed, “I feel the positive energy. I feel the positive energy flowing in me. It’s so amazing! I thought I only had darkness inside.”

Deirdre is now developing her flag ship program, starting with New York City. She has been invited back December 2011 to present at Riker’s and the World Aids Day, and will go back into the prison system to create a depth of healing most have never experienced. Deirdre will make a documentary of this program to encourage others to rehabilitate people from their trauma.

Deirdre was a guest speaker and gave Radiance sessions. She spoke on the Main Stage on September 19th about her energy work, along side Yogi Cameron, who wrote "The Guru in You." This started Deirdre's New York initiative, culminating in 2012.

The Foundation for Radiance is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving those who are in need of care and healing, to reach out to veterans and their families, prisoners in rehabilitation, those who have suffered a traumatic loss through natural disaster or disease, those who have life threatening illness and their families, as well as school children in need of tools to give them the strength and the courage to stay on track and live a healthy, fulfilled life.

To achieve this mission, we are providing the Radiance Pure Energy Program for healing and recovery to hospitals, schools, and institutions. This is done through the founder of Radiance Pure Energy, Deirdre Hade and her Master Healers' integrative approach of energy healing and spiritual counseling. One of the first of its kind, we are a philanthropy program whose goal is to deliver the healing properties of light through hands-on work, spiritual counseling, and meditation programs.

We believe all healing must happen at the level of the Soul. A Practitioner of Radiance is a bringer of the qualities of Soul-to-Soul care, understanding, and wise guidance.

The Urban Zen Foundation creates, connects, and collaborates to raise awareness and inspire change in the ares of well-being, preserving cultures, and empowering children. We design forums, partner with existing organizations and bring together experts to define solutions and implement action.
